Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:
- Inspect the Package Upon Arrival
- Check the box for visible damage.
- Ensure the product name and model match your order.
- Carefully Open and Inspect the Item
- Open the package carefully and keep all packaging materials in case a return is needed.
- Check for damage or defects without fully assembling or installing the item.
- If you notice major issues, stop and contact us immediately.
- Contact Us Quickly
- Report any issues within 5-7 business days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the packaging, product, and damage in your email.
- Do Not Use or Install the Item
- Items that are fully installed or heavily used are not eligible for return or replacement.
- For damage during installation, the warranty (if applicable) may cover the issue.
Refund Options
You can choose one of the following:
- Store Credit: Added to your account within 1 business day and never expires.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed after the returned items are inspected.
Please note that outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Large Appliance Return Policy
You can return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery, as long as it has not been installed and is in its original packaging. In some cases, a manufacturer’s restocking fee (typically 10-20% of the item’s cost) may apply.
Before installing the appliance, please check:
- Inspect the box for any damage.
- Ensure the product name and model match your order confirmation.
- Carefully open the packaging and inspect the product, keeping all packaging materials.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform the delivery representative and contact us for a replacement. Once the appliance is installed, it cannot be returned.
Warm Tips
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which depend on the shipping company chosen.
