Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all items. Please note that bathtubs and bathroom sinks are not eligible for express delivery.

Shipping Locations

  1. We ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

Shipping Methods

  • Orders will be shipped via express or truck based on the package size.
  • We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Parcel deliveries typically take 4-7 business days. Truck deliveries may take 15 days or more due to the need for pallet preparation and scheduling.

 

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

  • We aim to ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day. However, some orders may take longer.
  • Orders paid by credit card are billed within 24 hours, and items typically ship the next business day after payment is received.
  • For multiple items with different delivery destinations, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery usually takes 5 to 14 days, depending on your location and the carrier.
  • If a shipment is delayed beyond 8 business days after label creation, you may choose to cancel the order or request a partial refund. Please refer to our return policy for details.
  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather), order processing may be delayed, but we will ship your order as soon as conditions improve.

 

Shipping Damage

STEELEADER takes great care to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your package is damaged during transit:

  1. Report the issue through “My Orders” within 3 business days of receiving the package.
  2. Provide detailed proof of damage, including photos of visible or operational issues.
    This will help us process your refund or return quickly.

 

Orders Tracking

For each order, you will receive two emails:

  1. An Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details after it is placed.
  2. A Shipment Confirmation email once your item ships. This email will include your order number, carrier details, shipment date, order status, and tracking numbers.

To track your shipment, simply use the tracking number on the carrier’s official website.

 

Note:

  1. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before making payment, as we will ship to the address provided.
  2. We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the product does not meet your expectations or if an incorrect order is placed after it has been shipped.
  3. Items under 150 lbs will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, while items over 150 lbs will be delivered by truck.

 

Warm Tips:

  • We do not accept returns for oversized or large items due to buyer’s remorse or reasons other than quality issues.
  • If a return is necessary, the return shipping cost will be shared with the customer. To avoid issues, please carefully review product dimensions and details on the product page before ordering.
  • This policy applies to items like oversized bathroom vanities and bathtubs.
